Specialist, Client Processing II - Loans Enablement

About the role

This role is located in Pittsburgh and involves performing routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. Providing analytics and reporting services, improving and automating transaction processing systems, advising organizational units/teams, and participating in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
• Advise organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
• Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
