Specialist Client Processing I - Loans Enablement

About the role

This role is located in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll make an impact by performing routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions, interacting with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues, processing account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction, and managing situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response, escalating more complex situations to senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 0-3 years of total work experience is preferred
• Experience with loan-based software Loan IQ and ClearPar strongly preferred
• Prior experience acting as a subject matter expert
