Senior Specialist, Client Enablement
About the role
This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Making sure clients are set up correctly.
- Checking and fixing any problems with the data.
- Talking to clients and their record keepers to help them.
- Helping to develop new ways to make the onboarding process smoother.
- Solving tricky problems that come up during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients or providing project management support for onboarding/transition/conversion/offboarding and testing.
- Following established checklists for the process; directing contacts with clients and their record keepers to build the appropriate client setup/structure/funding.
- Processes and reconciles test data, including reviewing test results with clients or record keepers.
- Identifying and reporting data issues.
- Advise and guide clients on appropriate solutions and shepherd through to resolution.
- Researches, develops, and establishes methodologies, protocols, and processes to facilitate or improve project management and/or the client onboarding/transition/conversion experience.
- Participates with the team in activities that align with their functional objectives.
- Adheres to team standard operating procedures.
- Tracks and reports on results and outcomes for client implementations and projects.
- Understands team metrics and dashboards.
- Liaises with peer leaders on product, technology, or client service teams to ensure appropriate integration of activities and required hand-offs.
- Solves complex client onboarding/transition/conversion issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 1+ year(s) of project management experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience working with financial systems and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
