Senior Specialist, Client Service
About the role
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and connect them with the appropriate resources at BNY.
- Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues, ensuring requests are completed accurately and on time.
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
- Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across multiple lines of business and geographies, and help identify additional business needs and opportunities.
- Resolve complex or non-routine client issues and inquiries, while contributing to business development efforts through a strong understanding of client needs and BNY offerings.
- Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives that improve the client experience and help develop process improvements.
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members and support multiple complex client accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, professional client support.
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple complex client relationships and priorities.

Schedule
The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
