About the role

Support Rokt mParticle implementation and QA processes for SDK, API, and partner integrations by following detailed technical specifications, and documenting results clearly.
Technically support Rokt clients - work with clients directly to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
Contribute to account strategy & support - help identify tactical support needs for active accounts, working with the wider team to streamline solution delivery.
Build and configure demo & testing environments - leverage AI to build bespoke demo & testing instances that replicate customer use cases and validate use case scenarios.
Develop and maintain demo assets such as SDK snippets, integration flows, and walkthrough decks that enable the broader Solutions and Sales teams.
Write basic customer scripts and data transformation rules supporting customer projects, gradually expanding technical development skills.
Assist in technical project management for customer projects, including timeline tracking and action item coordination.
Create and maintain internal documentation and enablement content, including standard operating procedures, playbooks, and slide decks.
Contribute to operational efficiency by building automated & reusable internal tools leveraging AI, improving QA processes, and supporting the development of scalable team assets.

Pay

Target total compensation ranges from $157,000 - $228,000, including a fixed annual salary of $140,000 - $188,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits
