Senior Solutions Analyst

Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst in Green Bay to lead the creation and implementation of new products, services and solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, sales, pricing, lead generation, finance and purchasing teams to develop and deploy solutions for customers.
• Develop value propositions that enable continuous improvement.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Assess customer needs and lead the design of solutions that are mutually beneficial to Schneider and the customer.
• Cook up annual rate reviews that align with current market conditions, actual account performance and budget expectations.
• Find ways to improve the proposal process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including using pivot tables, charts, graphs and other functions.
• Able to display outcomes and data in a format that is easy for customers to understand.
• Able to analyze and understand profit and loss statements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
