Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day activities on one or more production lines.
- Ensure that teams are performing to work instructions and correctly logging into the correct WO.
- Accountable for quality, quantity and inspection of all work performed on assigned lines.
- Monitor operational efficiencies, yields, and other data reports to guide labor efforts to meet or exceed standards.
- Perform technical responsibilities on assigned line with a high degree of proficiency.
- Assign work, train and mentor team on best practices of technical application.
- Demonstrate support for company values and vision and embrace TDSI Core Values.
- Maintain a high ethical standard of practice, including compliance with all company procedures.
- Verify "perform work" operations of each work order ensuring completion through BA Operations in SAP Work Center.
- Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and build assembly drawings along with MWI’s.
- Handle small precision tools, hardware, soldering equipment, etc.
- Follow all manufacturing guidelines and procedures along with ESD criteria.
- Will need to be able to obtain and hold IPC-A-610 and J-STD certification.
- Maintain a neat appearance in their work area and follow FOD and 5S compliance.
- Shall be accountable for quality, quantity, and inspection of all work performed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's operating policies and applicable laws.
- Interviews, hires, trains, develops, and manages employees; provides input on effective staffing plans.
- Sets goals and expectations for employees; assigns and directs work; performs performance appraisals; rewards and disciplines employees.
- Addresses complaints and resolves conflicts.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must have 6 years manufacturing electro/mechanical experience with at least 2+ years Team Lead/Management Experience.
- Computer Skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Workforce, Microsoft teams, SAP, and Factory logix.
- Experience with electronics and have a working knowledge of surface mount technology.
- Solid customer focus and management of key stakeholders.
- Understanding of ERP Systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Concepts such as Kanban, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc. preferred.
- Knowledge of Engineering Data such as specification control drawing & source control drawing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluent in English.

Pay
- The hourly pay range for this role is $26.22 to $33.52 USD
- Along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%
