About the role

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications within the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ITSM processes using ServiceNow platform. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions are delivered in alignment with business objectives.

• Develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications within the ITSM domain.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and ITSM implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including custom development, workflows, and integration with other systems.
• Experience with ITIL best practices and ITSM methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
