Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM/ITAM

The Senior Business Applications Developer is a highly experienced role responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining enterprise software applications. This role involves leading complex development projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements, and ensuring robust system integrations. The Senior Developer also mentors junior and mid-level developers and champions best practices in software development. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Work with service owners to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.
- Compile user requirements into agile Story(s).
- Develop, test, demo & review the resulting work with the employee to make sure it meets their needs.
- Perform development and configuration within multiple platform areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release / SDLC, Asset Management, SAM Pro, Human Resource Management, ITOM/ITAM/CMDB/Discovery, CMDB integrations, Configuration Management (CMDB), Mobility and Reporting.
- Provide support and development to, but not limited to, screen tailoring, workflow administration, flow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting,
