Senior Service Manager-Austin, TX

About the role

This is an opportunity to shape the commercial roofing service division of a well-established commercial roofing contractor with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the commercial roofing service division across six locations.
• Build standardized processes for service, maintenance, inspections, and customer communication.
• Formalize and expand the preventative maintenance program.
• Develop strategies to grow both existing customer relationships and new service accounts.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Service Managers and future leaders within the organization.
• Provide leadership to approximately 25 service and field employees across multiple markets.
• Improve operational efficiency, scheduling, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to build a long-term growth strategy.
• Travel between offices as needed (typically around one week per month).

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of leadership experience within commercial roofing service.
• Strong understanding of service operations, maintenance programs, repairs, inspections, and emergency response.
• Proven experience building or significantly improving a service department.
• Experience creating scalable systems, processes, and accountability.
• Comfortable leading multiple teams across different locations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer service, operational excellence, and profitability.

Pay

$110,000–$120,000 Base Salary (dependent on experience)

Schedule
