Our client, a leading entertainment and technology provider, is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) team for a 15-month hybrid contract (6/25/2026 – 10/4/2027) based in Glendale or Kirkland, with preference for the Glendale office. This non-exempt role is eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support sprint readiness, sprint goals, team capacity, velocity, and sprint execution to promote predictable delivery
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to coordinate BAU, project work, unplanned demand, and backlog priorities
- Identify and proactively resolve blockers, risks, issues, and dependencies impacting team performance and delivery
- Coordinate dependencies across IAM domains and collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams
- Provide transparent delivery reporting, including sprint progress, risks, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
- Coach teams on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement and consistent Agile practices across IAM delivery teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile Specialist roles
- Experience working in cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management environments
- Familiarity with IAM domains, including Authentication, Authorization, PAM, IGA, and Directory Services
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting large-scale Agile delivery or transformation initiatives
- CISSP or other security certifications

Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $51.00 and $73.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
