Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, roles, events, and artifacts.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead and support Quarterly/Program Increment planning activities by helping teams prepare inputs, surface and manage dependencies, and align sprint goals to broader objectives.
- Coach multiple teams, Product Owners/Managers, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices to improve collaboration and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership; drive actionable retrospective outcomes and support sustained adoption of improvements across teams.
- Leverage Jira AI and Copilot tools to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and enhance team productivity at scale.
- Track and analyze Scrum delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability, defect trends).
- Provide actionable insights to improve team performance and delivery predictability.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Agile Coaches & Program Managers during Quarterly Planning.
- Ensure dependencies and risks are identified and managed across teams.
- Promote understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and their impact on Agile delivery.
- Partner with engineering teams to align Scrum practices with continuous delivery goals.
- Advocate for test automation practices and ensure quality is incorporated into sprint planning and throughout the SDLC.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a Scrum Master (or similar Agile delivery role) supporting software and/or product teams.
- Certifications: CSM, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or equivalent (preferred).
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Jira; experience leveraging Jira AI and Copilot to optimize backlog refinement, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time), and experience operating in scaled environments.
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles; demonstrated ability to influence teams adopting CI/CD and quality practices is a plus.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $100,000 - $130,000. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
