Senior Scrum Master
Job Description
Lead project planning activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage project schedules to deliver milestones on time and within budget
Identify, assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively throughout the project lifecycle
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards
Drive valued-driven delivery by applying Agile principles and practices effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes
Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines, resources and budgets
Lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
Manage and resolve project risks and issues escalating when necessary
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies across teams
Coordinate with product owners, development teams and other stakeholders to maximize project value
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Agile and project management practices
Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Other Details
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
