About the role

You're considering a role as a Scrum Master at Capgemini, a company dedicated to empowering its employees to shape their careers, supported by a collaborative community globally. The role involves leading multiple Agile teams in enterprise-scale programs using an onshore-offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Led two Scrum teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model as an onsite Scrum Master within the Connected Vehicle program.
  • Responsible for driving Agile practices, ensuring smooth collaboration, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Product roadmap refinement, Release planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress, collaborate with stakeholders for timely issue resolution, and manage communication between client, onshore, and offshore teams.
  • Translate epics and user stories into actionable development tasks, ensure backlog prioritization and grooming, and provide regular project status and insights.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, throughput.

Requirements

  • Tools & Technologies: Atlassian JIRA, JIRA reporting and dashboarding expertise.
  • Agile & Project Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile project management tools and practices.
  • Experience: Managing multiple Agile POs, leadership, coordination in onshore-offshore delivery models, effective collaboration with technical and product teams.
  • Core Competencies: Scrum facilitation, Agile ceremonies management, backlog management, risk management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $73,150 to $174,000.
