About the role

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Scrum Master located in Winchester, VA for a hybrid role. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must maintain required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through the Agile/Scrum process.
• Facilitate sprint planning and team meetings.
• Remove obstacles that impact progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to help teams deliver products efficiently.
• Execute Scrum methodologies for the product lifecycle.
• Support team rules and facilitate progress toward team goals.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, and promote Agile quality practices.
• Build high-performing teams and coordinate with other teams.
• Support ROM and level of estimate activities.
• Provide teams with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.
• Lead regular Agile sessions such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
• Advise government personnel on incremental changes for continuous improvement in products, services, and process standardization.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• 2 years of experience working with Jira and acting as a Scrum Master.
• Experience executing Scrum methodologies for the product lifecycle.
• Experience guiding teams in Agile methodology.

Qualifications

Preferred: Current SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or ICAgile Team Facilitation Certification.

Pay

A reasonable salary range for this position is $100,000–$145,000, determined by local market conditions and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
