Senior Scientist Protein Expression Sciences (Antibody Discovery)

About the role

The Senior Scientist will lead antibody discovery programs within the Protein Expression Sciences department, driving ongoing projects and interpreting complex datasets to select next-generation therapeutic antibodies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a cross-functional team environment
• Establish and communicate timelines across research teams, both within and outside the department
• Analyze primary screening data using a variety of software tools and select antibodies with desired functional properties
• Ensure accurate and complete capture of experimental data in internal databases and repositories
• Present results from antibody discovery campaigns to team members, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership
• Stay current with scientific advances in the field and contribute to team strategy
• Mine and summarize data to support process improvements and enhance discovery pipelines

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 24 years of relevant experience
