About the role
This is a builder's role: you will define the enterprise go-to-market motion, close transformative platform deals, and help shape how Finley shows up inside banks, payroll providers, retirement record keepers, benefits platforms, and HR technology companies.
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise go-to-market motion
- Close transformative platform deals
- Help shape how Finley shows up inside key industry players
- Work directly with the founding team and report into the CEO
- Significant influence over pricing strategy, partnership structure, and the long-term direction of our enterprise business
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling complex, technical, platform-level solutions into large enterprises
- Comfortable in a room with a CTO, a Chief Strategy Officer, and a Chief Product Officer in the same meeting
- Ability to translate a sophisticated intelligence platform into a business outcome each of them cares about
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales
- Experience with complex, technical, platform-level solutions
- Strong understanding of financial technology and its impact on consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
