Senior Sales Specialist
New Business Development
Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and strategic account targeting.
Penetrate new markets and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Consistently meet or exceed new business sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Understand client business challenges and align Digital Identity & Fraud solutions to their needs.
Develop compelling value propositions and business cases.
Sales Execution
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate commercial agreements and drive deals to close.
Cross-sell and upsell additional Digital Identity & Fraud solutions.
Manage forecasts, pipeline activity, and account information within Salesforce.
Internal Collaboration
Partner with business development, implementation, integration, and product teams to support successful sales outcomes.
Participate in client events, webinars, trade shows, and industry initiatives.
Work cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience from sale through implementation.
Required Experience
- 5-7+ years of sales experience
- Experience carrying a new business quota
- Strong background in solution selling
- Experience selling into enterprise organizations and executive-level stakeholders
- Some exposure to the financial technology (FinTech) industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
