About the role
Lithia Garden Grove Hyundai is now hiring a Sales Representative. This position offers a commission-based pay plan with an estimated annual salary ranging from $48,200 to $158,700.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes
- Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available
- Follow up and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers
- Track customers using store specific management system/s
- Keep up to date of Hyundai products, features and accessories
- Attend product and training courses
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Vietnamese, preferred
- Experience in automotive sales
- Strong written & vocal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

A High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Pay
The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700. This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
Schedule
We require open availability to work any day/shift. Business Hours: Monday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm.
