About the role

The Senior Sales Ops Analyst will build scalable processes and increase operational efficiencies in our Sales Commission process. This role requires a highly driven, analytical, organized, and passionate individual with domain expertise in digital media/programmatic sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, timely commission calculations and manage end-to-end administration of global sales compensation plans
  • Be a key partner to Sales leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to align on plan inputs and ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve comp discrepancies, disputes, or data issues with a solution-first mindset
  • Calculate, validate, and process quarterly sales commission payouts; maintain audit trails, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with plan rules
  • Develop and implement sales commission policies and processes for our sales teams across all segments while building processes that scale as the company grows
  • Provide clear and timely communication to sales teams on commission structures, attainment, and payments
  • Oversee reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales & marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (including management, finance, accounting or operations)
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); Strong ability to enhance and create Excel based models
  • Some knowledge of compensation systems, preferably Xactly
  • Strong understanding of sales commission structures, quota-based incentives, and revenue crediting
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and explain implications with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, manage multiple tasks proactively, and prioritize responsibilities to meet specific deadlines
  • Highly motivated and results-driven self-starter, operating with a sense of urgency and values accountability

Qualifications

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.

Schedule

Full-time position.
