About the Role
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will join Labcorp’s National Sales Enablement team, conducting commercial administration and analytics for Diagnostics sales teams. This role provides insights and tools to optimize sales processes and accelerate revenue-driving activities. The position is based in Durham, NC, with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales leadership to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate revenue growth strategies (e.g., pipeline health, opportunity identification).
- Collect, organize, cleanse, validate, and analyze sales data to create, calculate, and deliver reports on sales performance and commissions.
- Assist with administration of sales compensation plans.
- Research commission payment discrepancies or exception requests and resolve them accurately and timely.
- Administer, monitor, and analyze performance on sales campaigns and contests.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing sales performance for management and representatives.
- Communicate with and answer sales analytics and commission questions from leadership and sales teams.
- Prepare and deliver ad-hoc sales analytics reports.
- Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in data analytics, with the ability to analyze large datasets efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience supporting senior sales leadership or enterprise sales organizations.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL).
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and sales performance management software (e.g., SAP Success Factors).
- 1+ years of experience in the laboratory industry, healthcare, hospitals, or managed care.

- Working knowledge of sales commission calculations and sales analytics reporting.

Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location (Burlington, NC or Durham, NC). Applicants must live within 35 miles of either location.
