About the role

Enjoy working directly with clients to make a sale? Can you develop creative engagement opportunities to promote hotel services? The Senior Sales Manager is an integral part of the revenue generation of a hotel. You will be responsible for soliciting past and new business and ensuring guests are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Sell guest rooms, catering services, and banquet facilities to guests.
• Manage accounts.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Network through participation in community and professional associations, activities and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in hotel sales or comparable experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills – a people person.
• Professional and positive interaction with guests and clients at all times.
