What You’ll Do
- Generate new group and catering business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and community outreach
- Build relationships with corporate, SMERF, wedding, and leisure clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and post-event follow-up
- Conduct site tours and client meetings to showcase the resort
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Partner closely with Operations and F&B to ensure flawless event execution
- Attend events to oversee logistics and ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to exceed revenue goals
- Represent the resort at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hotel sales & catering experience
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Resort and banquet sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of group rooms, catering, and event planning
- Experience with Delphi, Salesforce, Maestro, or similar systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly competitive
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends when needed
Pay Range
$65,000 - $70,000 per year
