Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a business operator, overseeing the successful establishment, staffing, and ongoing management of the new Tempe office.
- Build, develop, and lead a team of sales managers, sales coaches, and trainers, fostering a strong leadership culture aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive sales performance by implementing performance management strategies, conducting regular call monitoring, and providing reinforcement to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
- Effectively manage and motivate remote teams, ensuring consistent communication, performance tracking, and support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on strategic objectives.
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including call monitoring and reinforcement, to ensure continuous improvement and success.
Skills and Qualifications
- Operational Expertise: Proven track record in managing the implementation and operation of new business offices.
- Leadership Experience: Strong leadership background with experience managing teams of managers, sales coaches, and trainers.
- Remote Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate remote teams, focusing on achieving sales targets and maintaining high performance.
- Performance-Driven: Expertise in performance management, including call monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and nurture relationships with corporate stakeholders and team members.
- Experience and Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in insurance, sales management, or leadership are a plus.
