As Senior Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic expansion, leading a passionate group of National and Regional Account Managers, as well as Business Development Managers. Your expertise will shape the future of our sales efforts—driving revenue, fostering deep partnerships, and creating a culture of high performance and relentless improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, motivate, and manage layered sales organizations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Craft and execute a robust growth roadmap
- Manage enterprise accounts and spearhead new business initiatives
- Collaborate seamlessly across teams and influence decision-makers
- Ensure data-driven success through CRM systems, KPI tracking, and sales forecasting
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional strategic thinking
- Experience in high-volume, operationally intensive industries
- Nice to have: Background in marketing collaboration and customer success initiatives, Multi-industry knowledge
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth within dynamic markets

Pay
Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year plus bonus
