Responsibilities
- Define and present the company’s value proposition to customers alongside the Sales team
- Manage customer engagement during the trial phase to resolve issues and highlight value
- Close complex sales opportunities through technical expertise
- Conduct product briefings and technical presentations to potential clients
- Document customer feedback in the CRM system for wins and losses
- Engage proactively with clients and internal teams to share product feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experienced in programming/scripting with languages like Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, and.NET
- Ability to articulate business value and technical advantages
- Willingness to travel up to 45% of the time for client engagements
