About the role
Auctane is seeking a North America Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join the Revenue Operations team. This role provides analytical and strategic support to the North America Sales and Account Management team, focusing on sales drivers, pipeline health, performance measurement, and revenue improvement. The position is hybrid in Austin, TX (3 days per week in office).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Salesforce expert, providing support and recommendations for sales operations process improvements.
- Analyze daily/weekly sales performance metrics, review dashboards, and assess team performance against targets.
- Conduct brief meetings with sales team members or leaders to discuss goals, challenges, and alignment.
- Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns, lead generation, and sales objectives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, lead assignments, and sales activity tracking.
- Analyze and improve existing sales processes, including workflows, reporting, and tool implementation.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare sales forecasts and strategic plans based on performance and market trends.
- Act as the single point of contact for Sales and Account Management leadership.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Work with finance or product teams on pricing strategies, product launches, or inventory issues.
- Identify areas for productivity and performance efficiencies and drive innovative projects.
- Address urgent issues such as discrepancies in sales data or operational bottlenecks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
- Manage GTM operations content, including visuals and proposed commentary based on analysis.
Requirements
- Business acumen with an understanding of growth levers and associated risks.
- Strong data management skills (cleaning, linking, analyzing, reporting).
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data to drive actionable insights.
- Passion for customers and interest in eCommerce.
- Ability to balance positive working relationships with direct conversations about business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools.
- Experience in the technology or e-commerce industry.
- Experience with SaaS and Subscription business models.
