The Senior Renewals Specialist position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. This role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to drive the success of a growing renewals organization by managing strategic customer and partner relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a broad portfolio of renewal opportunities
  • Developing processes, forecasts, and partnerships that strengthen revenue performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement
  • Building, maintaining, and improving accurate renewal pipeline reports, forecasts, and tracking processes
  • Providing sales teams with actionable insights and leading indicators around upcoming renewal opportunities
  • Partnering with sales and channel operations teams to generate renewal quotes 30, 60, and 90 days before contract expiration dates
  • Supporting customers through phone and email communication regarding quotes, support questions, and renewal processes
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies, security requirements, and operational standards
  • Continuously improving renewal workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Highest level of education in a relevant field
  • Experience in renewals, sales operations, account management, customer success operations, or a related business function
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customers and supporting business conversations
  • General understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and business development practices
  • Experience working with manufacturer programs, vendor processes, or partner ecosystems is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and quote presentations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and operational processes
