About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Regional Real Estate Asset Manager to provide leadership and oversight of real estate asset and investment management and client servicing for a complex portfolio of assets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of asset managers
  • Designing and implementing strategic business plans for the region
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with fiduciary policies
  • Providing in-depth portfolio analytics and strategic advice
  • Collaborating with specialized wealth services leadership to shape strategy and vision
  • Developing talent within the team to meet business objectives

Responsibilities

The Senior Regional Real Estate Asset Manager will:

  • Lead and manage a team of asset managers
  • Engage and influence regional wealth management leadership in strategic planning
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance client relationships
  • Manage staff levels and asset loads
  • Interpret and develop risk management strategies
  • Provide in-depth portfolio analytics to ensure maximum investment performance
  • Collaborate with clients, relationship teams, and real estate advisory specialists
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accounting, or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree
  • Financial accounting and financial analysis experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting, business, or law
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Ability to deliver professional presentations and prepare professional written and verbal communications

Job Expectations

  • Up to 15% travel
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship

Pay Range

$139,000.00 - $217,000.00
