Responsibilities
Coordinate market surveys, site tours, and site selections with business units.
Conduct RFPs for preferred sites, draft proposals, and provide lease comments.
Manage a high volume of project and transaction activity, including the negotiations of an existing portfolio of office, logistics, manufacturing and industrial leases in alignment with the company strategy, goals and objectives.
Provide strategic and tactical advice, oversight, support, guidance and expertise to the regional business leaders, support teams and outside contractors/agents.
Ensure efficient and appropriate execution of the transaction process in compliance with all pertinent company and regulatory standards and requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
Experience in corporate real estate, with a focus on transaction management in a manufacturing or industrial environment - managing leases, acquisitions, and dispositions of commercial and industrial real estate properties.
Ability to understand, interpret and abstract complex Real Estate Lease terminology.
Financial analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in various parts of the world, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Intuitive, creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
