Senior Regional Property Manager

About the role

We're partnering with a growing multifamily owner/operator seeking a Vice President of Operations to help lead and elevate a value-add portfolio of garden-style apartment communities throughout the Greater Baltimore area.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across a growing multifamily portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Regional Managers, Property Managers, and onsite teams.
• Build trust and strong relationships throughout the organization while creating an engaging, people-focused culture.
• Develop, refine, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that improve consistency and efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic rent management and operational performance.
• Partner closely with marketing and leasing leadership to maximize occupancy and leasing results.
• Identify opportunities to increase NOI, streamline operations, and improve portfolio performance.
• Coach leaders at every level while fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive multifamily operations experience.
• Current or recent experience as a Senior Regional Manager, Regional Director, Director of Operations, or Vice President.
• Strong background managing garden-style and/or value-add apartment communities.
• Proven success leading operational performance, revenue strategy, and portfolio growth.
• Exceptional communicator with outstanding emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• A leader who genuinely enjoys developing people, building relationships, and creating high-performing teams.
• A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to spend time in the field supporting onsite teams rather than managing exclusively from behind a desk.
• A leader who leads with influence, earns trust quickly, and knows how to motivate teams through coaching, collaboration, and accountability.
