Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced professional roles, from sourcing and screening to conversion, with a focus on operational excellence and scalability.
- Partner with hiring managers to define strategic hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Maintain consistency of recruitment processes to support scale and ensure reliability in delivering top-tier talent.
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with the People team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment with onboarding, retention, and talent development strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies, enhance process efficiency, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Support and enhance OC&C’s employer branding efforts, particularly around attracting experienced professionals.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with OC&C’s hiring standards and leveraging their expertise to supplement internal recruitment efforts for specialized roles.
- Collaborate with international recruitment teams to share and implement best practices, ensuring alignment with global standards while tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of the US market.
- Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruitment technologies to continuously improve and evolve recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring experienced professionals in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven ability to standardize and scale recruitment processes across multiple teams or regions.
- Strong track record in recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles, ideally within strategy consulting or similar industries.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the hiring process and track metrics.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
