What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employee referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, and direct outreach.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and niche positions.
- Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, market trends, and recruiting best practices.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Mentor and support junior recruiting team members when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for professional, technical, operations, or skilled trade positions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for industrial services, equipment rental, construction, manufacturing, HVAC, power generation, or skilled trades.
- Experience supporting multi-state recruiting efforts.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or similar certification.
