About the role
The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent
- Develop a strong talent pipeline through networking, market research, and proactive outreach
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes
- Identify and prepare recruitment related metrics and reports
- Ensure appropriate record keeping, communications, and administrative activities related to recruitment activities
Requirements
- 5+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting role
- Highly professional with a strong customer service focus
- Proven skills in collaborating with managers to identify and select high-quality candidates
- Ability to multi-task by effectively prioritizing tasks, working both independently and within teams, and following through to ensure deliverables/deadlines are met
- Working knowledge of applicable HR laws/regulations
