Summary

Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities? As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process at OneDigital Advanced Health. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates to join our dynamic team, with a focus on Benefit Advisor recruitment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and screen candidates, then coordinate with the hiring manager to schedule interviews for top sales candidates.
  • Possess the ability to prospect candidates by networking, cold calling, marketing or other means of generating interest.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Follow up with candidates that are selected or rejected during the interview process.
  • Ongoing communication with new hires/managers to ensure performance metrics are being met.
  • Present onboarding materials for first day orientation in weekly new hire classes.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and other networking opportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks when necessary.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

  • Must be an active ODAH employee for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to achieve metrics or key performance indicators.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with strong goal orientation.
  • Good attendance and conduct standing with the company.
  • Strong computer skills.

Education, Training and Experience

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software a plus.
  • Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $45,000 to $60,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
