Position Summary
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience: At least 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience: Working directly with hiring managers and managing full life cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations
- Experience: In a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Skills: Proven ability to be a strategic recruiter in sourcing and recruiting activities, including ability to analyze market and demographic data and put together a comprehensive sourcing strategy
- Experience: Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
- Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
- Experience: Understanding of recruiting metrics
- Experience: Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including word, excel and PowerPoint
- Experience: Ability to build effective relationships with Nurse Managers and candidates
- Experience: Strong customer orientation
- Experience: Work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment

Core Job Responsibilities
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers based on the provided job description
- Screens, tests, and qualifies applicants through the use of qualifying interview techniques and assessment testing
- Administer job interview schedules
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Manage Hiring Manager Relationships
- Manage offer negotiation process
- Manage onboarding process
- Develop pool of internal and external talent
- Explore new recruitment channels and give recommendations to Hiring Managers and Chief Nursing Officer's
- Monitor the job market and prepare summaries of job market movements
- Work in a team environment with Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter I and Nurse Recruiter
