Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer close across multiple functions and levels
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through LinkedIn, Boolean search, events, and referrals
- Manage candidate pipeline with a focus on speed, quality, and an outstanding candidate experience
- Drive offer negotiations and partner with HR and compensation teams on offer structuring
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends and continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding, recruiting programs, and process improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience and proven experience recruiting for cleared roles (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)
- A strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive and cleared candidates
- Familiarity with DoD, IC, or civilian agency hiring requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top-Secret)
