Senior Recruiter
About the role
The Contract Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting mid-to-senior level positions across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative, high touch recruiting experience while ensuring strong and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a consultative, high touch recruiting experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Execute full cycle recruiting
- Work collaboratively with Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting with a strong focus on mid to senior level professional or leadership roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in an ever-changing environment
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in recruiting and onboarding
