Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized positions, with a primary focus on recruiting Certified Financial Planners (CFPs), Financial Advisors, and Wealth Management professionals. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition team where you'll have a direct impact on scaling the business while partnering closely with executive leadership. Location: Remote (U.S.) Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base salary + bonus + equity Responsibilities: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized corporate and financial advisory positions. Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent. Recruit primarily for CFP®, Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, and other specialized wealth management positions. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans. Manage candidate pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders throughout the hiring process. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting process improvements. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting financial advisors, CFP® professionals, wealth management professionals, or other highly specialized financial services talent. Previous experience recruiting within fintech, wealth management, investment management, banking, or financial services. Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets. Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and hiring managers. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience: Recruiting experience within a startup or high-growth technology company. Understanding of CFP® certification, financial advisor career paths, and wealth management compensation structures. Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent marketing.
