Essential Functions
- Support the establishment, development, and execution of recruiting plans by studying organization objectives.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
- Proactively source and engage talent through job boards like LinkedIn, while strategically building and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
- Along with the team, works with the immigration attorney to assess candidate work authorization status, advise managers on visa-related considerations, & smoothly transition intercompany and visa status candidates to long-term visa status.
- Screens all resumes, interview candidates (by video conference, telephone, or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings for assigned requisitions.
- Delivers only qualified candidates to the hiring manager after the screening process is complete.
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
- Supports the Development of advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc. for assigned requisitions.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with hiring managers to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.).
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including EEOC compliance.
- Assists in the onboarding process to ensure a successful integration into RLB’s culture.
- Manages candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manages application/resume file and retention per company policy.
- Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to the industry.
