About the role

We are seeking a Quotations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can effectively match products to customer specifications and drawings, and serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex quotation requests and develop comprehensive solutions
• Prepare detailed cost analyses using established processes and tools
• Perform advanced risk and opportunity assessments
• Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives
• Facilitate smooth transactions and resolve complex issues
• Process sales orders and manage quotations with quick turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, returns, and repairs with professional expertise

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in customer service operations, specifically in technical product quotations and sales support
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical specifications and customer requirements
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with focus on delivering timely solutions
• Professional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Technical aptitude with proficiency in relevant business software and tools

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical product quotations and sales support
