About the role

We're seeking a Quotations Specialist to bridge the gap between our customers and our exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service operations, particularly in technical product quotations and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex quotation requests and develop comprehensive solutions, matching products to detailed customer specifications and drawings
• Perform advanced risk and opportunity assessments while preparing detailed cost analyses using established processes and tools
• Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve complex issues
• Process sales orders and manage quotations with quick turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, returns, and repairs with professional expertise

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record in customer service operations, specifically in technical product quotations and sales support
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical specifications and customer requirements
