About the role
We're seeking a Quotations Specialist to bridge the gap between our customers and our exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will analyze complex quotation requests, match products to detailed customer specifications, and serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex quotation requests and develop comprehensive solutions, matching products to detailed customer specifications and drawings
- Perform advanced risk and opportunity assessments while preparing detailed cost analyses using established processes and tools
- Serve as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and sales representatives to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve complex issues
- Process sales orders and manage quotations with quick turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, returns, and repairs with professional expertise
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in customer service operations, specifically in technical product quotations and sales support
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical specifications and customer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with focus on delivering timely solutions
- Professional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in relevant business software and tools
