Senior Property Manager (West Side - Austin)

Responsibilities

• Leasing, collections, and basis maintenance for a portfolio of about 20 apartment buildings
• Managing on-site staff including leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and janitorial staff
• Maintaining and leasing expertise
• Using property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar platforms

Requirements

• Experienced in property management, overseeing dozens of buildings
• Strong background in managing on-site staff
• Knowledgeable in property management software
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
