Senior Property Manager - The Mill At Westside

Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Drive occupancy, leasing performance, resident retention, collections, and overall NOI. Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and capital improvement projects. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing leasing and maintenance team while fostering a culture of accountability. Maintain outstanding curb appeal and ensure all amenity spaces and common areas reflect the standards of a premier community. Oversee vendor relationships, contract performance, and large-scale maintenance initiatives. Respond to resident concerns with urgency and professionalism while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Build strong relationships with ownership and provide clear, accurate financial and operational reporting. Qualifications Five or more years of multifamily property management experience. Experience managing Class A or luxury communities preferred. Strong financial and operational expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Proven ability to improve property performance and lead teams through change. Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
