About the role
Our client is a national Property Management corporation managing many different apartment complexes. They have an immediate need at a beautiful 550 person apartment complex in West Bloomfield for a Senior level or district level Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a large townhome community property
- Manage a team of 6+ direct reports
- Handle rehabilitation of older units (highly preferred)
Requirements
- Must have managed at least 300+ unit apartment complex
- Minimum of 6 direct reports
- At least 2+ years in a District Manager, Regional, or extensive time as a Sr. Property Manager
Qualifications
- CAM preferred but not required
- Experience with large scale properties (300+ units)
- Experience with rehab properties highly preferred
Compensation
- Salary with quarterly bonus opportunities of 0-10% of quarterly earnings, depending on property performance
- Quarterly renewal bonus opportunities
