What you'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs (e.g., SAP or core finance/IT modernization)
  • Partner at all levels across the organization to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and manage dependencies across portfolios
  • Determine and execute program strategy, governance, and execution, ensuring alignment to business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, deliverables, and achievements
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions
  • Establish and enforce program governance, risk management, and decision frameworks
  • Champion and scale best-in-class program management practices across the organization
  • Mentor and elevate other program managers, helping build a high-performing delivery organization

What you need to succeed

  • Degree or 10+ years of practical experience considered as equivalent
  • Proven track record delivering multi-year, cross-functional initiatives with significant organizational impact
  • Deep experience in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, finance systems, or large platform transformations)

Preferred qualifications

  • Certifications in project management or related fields
  • Experience leading SAP transformations or finance modernization programs

Expected Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $127,400 -- $260,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
