About the role

The Senior Transformation Program Manager is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for driving high-impact transformation initiatives that enable growth, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence across the Commercial HVAC Americas business.

This role partners closely with senior leadership, sales, service, and operations teams to translate business strategy into scalable processes, tools, and capabilities. The position plays a critical role in advancing enterprise priorities through cross-functional execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned to CHVAC Americas strategic priorities
  • Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, programs, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive operational improvements across sales, service, and support functions to enhance productivity and customer impact
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and standardize best practices across the organization
  • Partner with key stakeholders to modernize tools, systems, and workflows
  • Implement governance and tracking mechanisms to ensure delivery against key milestones and KPIs
  • Support development and deployment of enablement programs that improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and service leadership to identify capability gaps and drive targeted improvements
  • Leverage analytics and insights to inform performance optimization
  • Drive organizational alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change management
  • Build strong relationships across functions and levels to influence outcomes and drive accountability
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of program or project management
  • 25% travel including international

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Leadership coaching and development experience
  • Experience in industrials, HVAC, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
