Senior Program Manager, Partner Services Success Americas
Core Responsibilities
- Drive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions.
- Inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, surface execution gaps, and ensure clear next steps and ownership across all stakeholders.
- Establish and run regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths to improve visibility, accountability, and acceleration across partner-led services activity.
- Support strategic partners in maturing their services motions by identifying readiness gaps, tracking progress, and coordinating briefings to move partners from initial interest to repeatable execution.
- Build practical, field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that translate regional learnings into repeatable assets for broader global adoption.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM execution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience working across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without direct authority.
- Operational Discipline: A strong bias for action regarding opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive-ready reporting.
- Asset Creation: Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that enable consistent execution at scale.
- Communication: Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working across time zones as needed.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting partner-led professional services, managed services, co-delivery, or advisory services motions.
- Background working with GSIs, National Solution Providers, VARs, MSSPs, or large enterprise SaaS partner ecosystems.
- Technical familiarity with CRM, PRM, PSA, partner portals, and services attach tracking/reporting dashboards.
Pay, Benefits, and Schedule
Base Pay Range: $122,500 - $175,000 USD
