Senior Partner Success Manager
About the role
Celigo is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our service partner ecosystem. This role involves relationship management, delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination, representing Celigo with partners and their customers while driving the overall health and maturity of the partner program.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across partner organizations, from delivery teams to executive stakeholders.
- Own the health of your partner portfolio by conducting regular check-ins via surveys and virtual meetings, spotting early signs of delivery risk, and addressing them before they escalate.
- Hold the bar on implementation quality by understanding what a great customer journey looks like and holding partners accountable to it, clearly and constructively.
- Use AI tools to work across a large partner portfolio without losing the personal touch: surface trends in support ticket data, synthesize customer satisfaction signals, and draft partner communications quickly to focus on moving things forward.
- Prepare partner health reports that tell a real story, pulling together project history, customer satisfaction data, and support trends into something leadership can act on.
- Maintain the internal partner stack ranking and keep it meaningful, as this is a primary input for other teams to route work.
- Serve as the voice of partners inside Celigo, bringing back what you hear in the field and advocating for changes that make the program stronger.
- Work with Partner Account Managers to track partner availability and lead times, and flag supply gaps before they affect customer commitments.
- Contribute to special initiatives that improve the partner program, and follow through on your own ideas when you see opportunities.
Qualifications
- Genuine curiosity about people and problems, asking the question behind the question and wanting to understand what is actually happening at a partner organization.
- Relationship management skills that work across levels, comfortable earning trust with delivery managers and executives alike.
- Clear, confident communication in writing and conversation, synthesizing complex partner situations into crisp summaries for leadership and having hard conversations without leaving partners feeling managed.
- An owner's mindset, acting on gaps you see and measuring yourself by whether your partners are succeeding.
- The ability to read signals across a large portfolio, both quantitative and qualitative, and act on what you see before it becomes a problem.
- A bias toward action and iteration, shipping versions, learning from them, and improving.
- A genuine interest in applying AI to partner success work, such as surfacing delivery risk earlier, scaling personalized outreach, or helping the team work smarter.
- Familiarity with iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms, and comfort learning Celigo's ecosystem and toolset, including Salesforce, Impartner, Zendesk, and Gainsight.
